HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) April 1, 2008. The official end date of the promotion is 11:59 PM ET March 31, 2009, by which time all entries must be received. To enter go to http://www.imagination-farms.com, and click on the link "Learn and Win." Entrants will be directed to choose a learning activity on that page. Once an entrant has completed the learning activity the entrant will be invited to enter a nickname for themselves, their date of birth, and their parent/legal guardian's email address to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for the calendar month (the "Drawing Period") during which the entry is received. Entrants may return and participate in the activities as often as they choose, and be entered once for each completed activity. Limit one entry per person per day. Any additional entries will be void and considered as ineligible. It is the entrant's sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if your parent changes his/her e-mail address ("Address"). To do so, send an email to ann@USSweeps.com with your nickname, parent/legal guardian's original email address and the parent/legal guardian's new email address.
ELIGIBILITY: The Imagination Farms "Disney Garden" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are between the ages of 3 and 12 at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Imagination Farms (the "Sponsor"), its parent companies and subsidiaries, trustees, affiliates, participating vendors, distributors, retailers, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families of any of these entities, and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and citizenship of winners.
PRIZES: There will be forty (40) Monthly Prizes of an Amazon MP3 Gift Code redeemable for Disney Music at Amazon.com, with an Approximate Retail Value of $10.
Total ARV of all 480 prizes to be won: $4,800.
Payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any and all expenses and costs not expressly stated herein, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual prizewinners. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who also reserves the right to make prize substitutions, of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are responsible for any loss of prize after it has been delivered. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Limit one prize per person and/or per household, per month. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won. All prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
ODDS: Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
DRAWING: Forty (40) winners will be selected each month in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the respective Drawing Period. The drawing for each Drawing Period will be held no more than ten (10) business days following the end of the Drawing Period. Entries will not be carried over into subsequent Drawing Periods. The drawings will be performed by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Independent Administrator. Winners will be notified via the parent/legal guardian's email address within approximately five (5) days after each drawing. In the notice, the Independent Administrator will provide all necessary documentation that the winner must execute before being entitled to redeem their prize. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a contacted winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, an alternate winner may be selected. Non-winning entrants will not be notified. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.
CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor and all related parties shall have no liability for entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or that may not be able to be accurately received due to online technical malfunctions or systems-related problems, beyond their reasonable control. Should technical problems impair or inhibit the fair conduct of this promotion, the Sponsor has the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the affected portion(s), and select winners from all eligible entries received up to the point of termination or suspension. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number stated in the "Prizes" section above. All legal responsibilities of a minor under these Official Rules will be assumed by a parent/legal guardian. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and/or its agencies to use winners' names and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, all entrants agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all claims, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) due to any injuries, damages, losses to person or property of any kind with respect to or arising out of, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, entrants' participation in this sweepstakes, participation in any sweepstakes-related activity, and/or the receipt, possession, acceptance, use, non-use, or misuse of any prize awarded herein. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no at-law or implied warranties whatsoever. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor or the designated Independent Administrator. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
